Royal Historical Society of Queensland
Queensland's peak history body
Membership
Benefits
Royal Historical Society of Queensland membership benefits include free access to research assistance in the Welsby Library and the Commissariat Store Museum, a monthly
Bulletin, distributed to members 11 times a year, and each quarter, a copy of the
Journal.
There is a monthly programme of lunchtime and early evening presentations by members and invited guests and special
activities such as that organised for Queensland Day. The RHSQ
Bulletin and the website provide a regular update of the activities of the Society, upcoming
activities and news from around the State.
Members are invited to take an active interest in the Society. The RHSQ relies on the efforts of its members who in their spare time undertake the range of tasks necessary to effectively run the Society, the Museum, the reference collection, publications and the activities programme. Rest assured there is always a task that can be found for a willing
volunteer!

Library subscription: Libraries such as the BCC Library, Gympie Council
Library and other LGA libraries have Library membership. This membership
